Project Rates and Pricing

PCA charges professional fees for consulting and engineering services.   There are no licensing fees involved: Clients own exclusive, license-free and royalty-free rights to the application.   PCA provides project fee and schedule estimates based upon the following factors:

• Scope and Complexity of your business application
• Functional Gaps that exist between your current application and what you actually need
• Experience with Clients in the same industry and/or similar types of applications
• A bottom-up Engineering Assessment of your existing business application
• Knowledge of your key business needs and priorities
