Tripp Micou
Founding Partner, President and CEO
Mr. Micou founded PCA in 1992 with the vision to develop practical database solutions that solve real business needs — the way they should be done, and will be done in the future over the Internet.  In addition to leading PCA's engineering 'best practice' efforts, Tripp invests time in internal R&D efforts to identify and reduce to practice many promising new technologies with the potential to improve Clients' solution efficiencies and capabilities.
Prior to PCA, Mr. Micou was a partner at Cardwell-Micou, a database consulting firm. Previously, Tripp managed PC software builds for Digital Equipment Corporation, and served as a Graduate Fellow with the Hughes Aircraft Company from 1984 thru 1987.  Tripp holds a BS from The University of Michigan with Honors and a Masters of Science in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Indra Sugianto
Partner, Principal Engineer
Mr. Sugianto joined PCA in 1999, and is responsible for managing Client projects within Manufacturing, Health Care, Automotive and Financial Services industries.  Indra is heavily involved with gathering and assessing business requirements and recommending appropriate solutions to Client needs, and is expert in the business process optimization, database modeling and UI design domains.
Indra's project management and leadership skills — combined with deep technical acumen, attention to detail and professional integrity — continue to exceed PCA Clients' needs and expectations.  Mr. Sugianto earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia and M.A. in Computer Science from Boston University.   Indra was named a Partner at PCA in 2010.
Hope Nguyen Partner, Lead Design Engineer
Mr. Nguyen joined PCA in 1999, as serves as a Senior Design Engineer and Business Analyst.  Hope applies expert User Interface and SQL Server engineering design skills across many practice areas of the firm, including solution design and development, database engineering, analytics, reporting, web development, testing, new project evaluations, personnel training, and Client project management.
Before joining PCA, Hope served as lead developer on Chesire financial planning software used for retirement, asset management and investment forecasting.   Hope graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Computer Science.
Andreas Kartawidjaja Partner, Senior Engineer
Andreas joined PCA in June 2004. Mr. Kartawidjaja serves as the lead technical engineer for a number of complex projects in varying industries such as Insurance, Energy, and Healthcare. Andreas is heavily involved in every aspect of the software development process, from business requirements assessment through design and implementation to testing and deployment.
Andreas graduated summa cum-laude from Boston University in a combined B.A. and M.A. degree program in Computer Science.
Daniel LaRochelle Director of Business Development
Mr. LaRochelle joined PCA in January 2017 to head the sales and marketing activities of the firm. Prior to PCA, Daniel was an enterprise sales executive for Oracle driving sales of the company’s Customer Experience and ERP SaaS products. Before Oracle, Daniel spent fifteen years in the start-up/turnaround world bringing companies to the next level of revenue achievement. Some of his earlier successes were at companies such as Diner-Alert, Soft-Aid and Stratos Product Development.
A graduate of Babson College with BS and MBA degrees, Daniel is past Vice President and board member of the Boston Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
