layout, workflow and overall ease-of-use requirements.
The outcome of the Prototype Design phase — confidence that the solution is well-aligned with key operational needs,
a properly scoped project with reliable budget and schedule estimates, and source-code to drive the Development Phase.
At the outset of a new project, PCA can have the same 3 key questions you do: What is the optimal solution?
What will it cost, and how long will it take? Prototypes provide a very efficient and inexpensive means to get good answers
to these 3 essential questions — removing the project mystery and risk up-front. Absent a definative engineering framework
which you approve, your project budget and schedule estimates are based upon the problem (your current system), not the solution, and there
is a big difference!
PCA always re-uses 100% of the Prototype code
